The main aim of this program is to prevent illegal importation and exportation of goods in and out of the country, to prevent harmful products from entering the country, and the collection of revenue through taxes and tariffs both at the point of exit and at the point of entering.
Course Overview
Customs and transit is that branch of law that deals with importation and exportation processes.
This processes include clearing of goods at the ports of entering and at the ports of exit. This branch of law is also concerned with searches and arrest of suspect of drug importation. That is, they work in collaboration with the ministry of defense and the ministry of finance.
They also collect taxes which forms the grater part of government revenue.

- The persons concerned are expected to by the end of the program acquire knowledge on all the documents needed for importation and exportation,
- The types of tariff or taxes that exist for importers and exporters, and their percentages.
- They are equally expected to have learned the process of clearing goods from the port upon arrival.
